The villa is built on two floors. On the ground level there is a spacious living room with a veranda and great views of the sea, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom with a tub.
The upper level has one double bedroom with a balcony which overlooks the pool and the beach of Almyros, one single bedroom with views of the mountains and a bathroom with a shower.
The independent studio/ flat offers two single beds (which may form a double), a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. This studio can host 3 guests.
The upper level has one double bedroom with a balcony which overlooks the pool and the beach of Almyros, one single bedroom with views of the mountains and a bathroom with a shower.
The independent studio/ flat offers two single beds (which may form a double), a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. This studio can host 3 guests.
The villa offers a 70sqm private pool, sun loungers, outdoor shower and furnished sitting area with amazing and relaxing views of the sea. Additionally, there is a BBQ, private parking space and a garden.
